Meet Dr. Fife

A couple saddlebags, his horse, a few of his grown children and miles from the nearest road is where Dr. Errol Fife finds his ultimate escape.  Born in Eastern Idaho and raised in Boise, Dr. Fife grew up loving Idaho’s clear streams, blue mountains, and majestic forests, whether hiking, horseback riding or skiing.  When selecting his life’s work he wanted a career where he could find time to spend with his family and lift the lives of those he served.  Dentistry offered not just a living, but a life.

After graduating from Capital High School in Boise, Dr. Fife prepared for his career by completing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University.  He then received his dental degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle.  After completing his degree he and his wife, his college sweetheart, Terese, moved to Yakima, Washington to begin his practice.

Always concerned about the availability of dental care to all people, especially children, Dr. Fife has served as a representative of the State of Washington Dental Society to the Title 19 (Medicaid) advisory council, as Task Force Chairman for the Yakima County Dental Access for Children on Medicaid committee, and the "Mom and Me" early intervention and prevention program for children on Medicaid. 

Dr. Fife continues to stay on top of advances in dental care with extensive post graduate training in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant procedures, advanced training in children’s dentistry and is certified in Dental Laser technologies. 

Dr. Fife finds his greatest joy in his 35 year marriage with Terese and in the unfolding lives of their four grown children.  Dr. Fife’s first grandchild was born in Shanghai, China just a year ago.  But that is a story you’ll have to ask Dr. Fife yourself.
